Borderlands 2, Assassin's creed 3 and Dishonored. Feels weird picking 2 first person games since I normally have a xenophobic hatred of first person...
Can we do a Worst game of the year too? If so, mine would be Max payne 3, codblops2 and playstation allstars. Granted, 2 of those I've only played at a friends house but still

Let's stick with Christmas cheer (and actual experience) instead.

As I said in the other thread, out of all the options on the list, my favorite games would probably be Mass Effect 3, AC III, Walking Dead, and Halo.
Since my choice is narrowed down to one, I'd have to say AC III, partially due to the fact I'm a somewhat big Ubi fanboy, and the other three games either had a pretty distinct flaw in them (Mass Effect 3's ending) or just didn't spike my interests to the full extent AC III did (Halo was far too repetitive to keep my interest, and Walking Dead had far too many plot twists for my liking).

Lol, what've you been smoking? PS All-Stars is great fun, and I've heard nothing but good things about Max Payne 3. And sure, Blops 2 may be tired and bland but worst game of the year? Really?
As for me, The Walking Dead was absolutely my favourite game this year. I can't remember the last time I cared so much about a videogame's story and characters; it had me hooked from start to finish. Borderlands 2 is not far behind for sheer badassitude, with honourable mentions to Journey and Gravity Rush.

Sleeping Dogs is probably the game of the year in my opinion.
Stacking was cool too, but not GOTY material.

My Game Of The Year is split between Katawa Shoujo & XCOM: Enemy Unknown, both of them deserve it so much.
Edit: Need a third choice.... Crusader Kings 2.

I've only played 3 of those games, but the ordering was easy:
1. The Walking Dead
2. FTL: Faster Than Light
3. XCOM: Enemy Unknown

Well, considering the only games out of that entire list I've played are Planetside 2 and Tribes, let's go with that. Although, Farcry 3 looks absolutely amazing to me from what I've seen, so throw that in there too.

Torchlight II and FTL are definitely two of my picks for game of the year. Both fantastic games I thought! Don't think I've had enough experience with the others on the list for me to choose a third though.
Favorite games of all time include:
Age of Empires II
Age of Mythology
Okami
Shadow of the Colossus
Minecraft (of course)
Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
Orange and white, but not quite right.
