I wish my laptop had a fully intelligent AI, only restricted by Asimov's Laws of robotics, which are so deeply hard-wired into it that to break them would be to destroy itself entirely.

The AI rapidly finds a loophole in the laws of robotics, hacks into the Pentagon and Kremlin and starts world war three.

I didnt wish for the statement to be true, i wished for it to be false and the rules are my wish needs to happen and then be broken. You just changed my wish. Try again :D

The false/opposite of "Wish this statement was false" is "Do not wish this statement was false". This could mean multiple things:
1. You wish that the statement was true: The statement is true. After the aliens invade, they make a system of government such as in the book 1984, proceed to destroy all records of this statement, and according to them if there is no documented evidence then it never existed, and therefore it could neither be true nor false, it simply does not nor has ever existed.
2. You do not wish anything at all due to the statement being false and not being a wish, and therefore your wish is null and void.
3. You simply wish that the statement can't be false in any way possible. Unless you are lying about that, then that statement cannot be false because you are being truthful and your wish is granted. Then the aliens invade, brainwash you, and make you believe that you were lying, allowing the statement to be false.

I wish someone could break the second version of the wish above.

My wish for the statement being false does NOT apply to the statement made by the person i have responded to.
My wish is for this statement to be false. 'this statement' being itself.
I guess it would be more clear if i said "I wish this sentence was false." Now you have two options.
Grant the wish, making the sentence false, but that would cause the statement to actually be true about itself therefore my wish would not be granted. (rules say it must be granted first)
If you reply the statement is true, that is a lie, as the statement has to be false to be true.
Now if you DID work your way around this you would still have to figure out a way to break the wish.
Paradox ftw! :D

Ok you are wishing that your sentence is false. Therefore I grant your wish by changing your entire sentence "I wish this sentence was false: into "false", which stands for "flying anvils like salty eggs". This is a sentence, and therefore I have turned your original sentence into the acronym for another sentence. One day you are eating some salty eggs and suddenly a flying anvil attacks you by flying through the window.

I wish my laptop wasn't so crappy.

That answer involves changing my wish to something completely differant, also it doesnt make much sense to me :?

You spill something on the laptop keyboard which starts to make it derp even more. Your laptop is no longer crappy, it is now shitty!

Lol well I found a way around the paradox :P

It appears there is no new wish, so I'll make another. I wish my history teacher actually taught stuff and didn't just assign us stuff from a book.

Your trees grow taller but too tall and a plane hits one, crashes into a nuclear reactor, causing nuclear waste to fly all over, also getting into the water supply killing everyone. These dead people then turn into zombies and take over the world.

You get it, but a curse has been placed on it making it so you can't take it off. Also the curse makes it so people can't hear you. You are never seen or heard of again.

I wish for a pet creeper.

You death traps would, indeed always eviscerate your enemies but suddenly your enemies all decide to do whatever they must to become your allies, thus making the traps redundant.
