Escher'esque interpretation of Minecraft, obviously, as you can tell from the phsyically impossible waterfall. More a tribute than satire, as I would see it. The simplistic (or almost nonexistent) depiction of space may refer to Picasso's early work while the cartoonish coloring reflects and underlines the virtual reality that hosts the game. This latter aspect of the painting is however so explicit that it draws irony in the prospect that the game, in itself, is not real. This is also addressed in the missing outlines and shadows.
Maybe the artist questions what is actually real and what isn't, as he reflects on how far virtual reality can deviate from our reality until it becomes art, rather than an abstract and forged universe - a parallel dimension, if you will.

Congratulations A+!
If there's one thing I learned in art school it's that it doesn't matter how well you can draw, what matters is how well you can bullshit about it afterwards. God I hated fine art.

Truer words have never been spoken! I spent a whole 50-hour art course doing nothing (It was obligatory and not very interesting), drew a paraphrase of some picture during the last days with cheap colouring pens (I played it off by saying it gave the picture a "dry atmosphere") and gave a 30 minute speech about it.

I got a B on that course :D

Thank you. If there's one thing I'm good at, it's talking out of my arse. I once convinced an acquaintance that the German equivalent of "bogey" ("Popanz", it's rather archaic) derived from the old Danes who invaded Normandy. Because of the warmer, drier climate the hooves of their horses strained and cracked, but they found out this wouldn't happen as much if they kept rubbing manure over the hooves. This procedure was called "at pøpæns". Thus, a "Popanz" is someone who seems to mistreat what he is dependent on. And I entirely winged that story.
Yes, I am a little proud of this rather senseless feat. ^_^

I love poking at people who are actually serious when they talk about things that way. While in some cases I believe it may be appropriate, in most cases it just isn't. Especially with art.

Also I appear to be running out of pictures to post :( All I have left are rough doodles and stuff done for Version 4 (which I'm not supposed to post).

Never played it. I prefer the Elder Scrolls, Fallout just looks too brown, and 1950's american culture isn't something that interests me much.

This is a letter I drew to my friend when she was feeling down a couple of years ago. I found it just looking around my stuff. I was made with MsPaint using nothing but a mouse.

This is my FIRST ever animation ever done like... ever.

It all of it is made in MS paint using a mouse then I used Gifmaker to put the frames together.

It's based on my ZINRIUS character ^^ It's just missing the pilot hat.

This one was work in progress, second one I've made, which I never finished so it's a bit rough. Also made with the same software. This was fun since I managed to smoothly shift her head jewelery. :)

Here's some random one I like. I did NOT do the background. But the characters were MSpaint mouse creations by me.
