See a doctor and ask him?

He's like the night, and the storm in the heart of the sun.
He's ancient and forever.
He burns at the centre of time and he can see the turn of the universe.
And... he's wonderful."

it depends how badly you hurt it
if you just pulled something you should be ok
if you broke something or sprained something thats a lot worse. :?

Meh, you'll be fine. How hard can it be to play professional baseball without moving your spine?

Alternatively you could go see a doctor and actually find out what's wrong.

Paralyzed from the forehead down.

But seriously, if you're really worried, go to a doctor, find out. Chances are, it's just a small ache, and it'll go away in a few days.

I'm sure Lord was over-exaggerating. You'll be out of the wheelchair by 241, if you live that long.

I will have to agree with Lord, this look really bad, you should just throw all hope out the window.

I've been studying in medical school for some time now. My suggestion is if that your whole back hurts then when you lay down, lay on a flat hard surface, not a soft cushy one.
Now if it's you lower back hurting then try doing pelvic thrusts. ( yes pelvic thrusts), but not fast thrusts. Make them slow and to where it feels like your stretching your back.
If it's the upper back then you need to put pressure. Get a smoothstone or a tennisball and lay down on it but gently. Roll on your back keeping the tennis ball on your spine.
Another suggestion try to bend over as much as you can and really stretch out your back making it feel like it's a(n) half circle.
Hope this helPs :)
