I guess I should ask for help.
As most of you know, I get really stirred up over, well, everything. I really don't want to get all angry at people over such stupid reasons, but I can't get my mind off of the fact that they think differently then you. Any advice on what I should do to keep myself from arguing?
It needs to be about, 20% cooler.

Don't get angry because someone thinks differently. Just remember, just because they do so doesn't mean you're wrong... but this works both ways.
Isn't life wonderful ? Everyone has different views and perspectives on things, why would I get angry at that ?
Perhaps I could get furstrated, but I never let it become anger and I always try to see it from their point of view before coming to my own conclusions and spiting at their faces your most-likely-hurtful opinion on the matters at hand. Trust me, you learn this when you get married
and you're often reminded that just because you're right... it doesn't mean you're right.
In other words, lets come to mutual agreements or none at all.
