Rhyme Thread!

Post by 697134002 » 15 Oct 2011, 23:54

Rhyme to what the last person said until you run out of unused rhyming words. You can say anything, so long as it rhymes with the last word the previous person said and is related to what they say. You may only say one rhyme per post.
I'll start: This is a thread for you to rhyme.

Or compound yourself into a dime.

P.S As creative mind behind this. Each set of Rhymes must be in 4 lines. So after 4 lines the next post must say something new but maintain the subject of the thread.
Got it. Good. Now have fun.

Instead, with your dime, buy a lime!

However, that may take some time.

But not to fear as it was underground.

But let us now change the rules of the game
For with each passing line it becomes inane
To sit here and watch each person with merit
waste their good wit on verse with no purpose or effort.

EDIT: MAssive facepalm, I thought I edited that out. In any case all is god now. I am ashamed.

P.S This means that each person now get to write a stanza. Much better.

Didst thou rhyme two words the same?
Such acts denounced by thine own words in game!
A tragedy this is, for one to do unto oneself a contradiction
Goes beyond the realm of mine own jurisdiction.

Hark now, and listen to my word.
You may find this a bit absurd!
Rid your mind of hate and dread
As pony begins to fill this thread.

(Yes, I am simply opening the floodgates. Try to close them.)

Mine little pony, Mine little pony;
Mine thoughts once strayed as to what it is to be brony,
Until thee shared it with me!
And for that now I must thank thee!
