Wicked West (M) Its back! New characters are still welcome!

Post by random980 » 04 Aug 2011, 10:37

Character page and rest of story has been moved a few posts down!

Due to boredom and the success of Skunk_Giants story's, Ive decided to make my own, with some help from the Skunk himself.
This will be set in the Wild West.
The story so far!:
Intro: Its 1855, 3 Bandits are on a hill, looking into the distance waiting for a train to appear over the horizon. As it approaches they all head straight for it knowing their plan. What makes this train so special you ask? The sheriffs daughter and son are on that train coming to move into town, therefore they are bound to have alot of high value belongings. The three of them jump off their horses and onto the train...

Act 1:
Spoiler! :
All three bandits jumped onto the train. Red landing first, quickly followed by Walter, Alaitoc lands on the back carriage with a loud thud and looses his balance just before Red and Walter catch him.
"We need 3 men for this job, we dont want you falling off the train anytime soon" Shouted Red over the roar of the train.
The 3 bandits, pulling up there scarfs, walked through the train until they found the right carriage. Walter looks through the door window and spots the sheriff's son. "This is it boys" shouts Walter with sudden delight, as Red turns to unbuckle the carriages behind, Walter barges through the door and storms to the front holding 3 bags as Alaitoc waits at the back. "Ladies and Gentlemen, my friend Alaitoc here is holding 2 pistols, any eye contact with him and you will be shot, now, rule 2 is give us all your valuables or, like rule 1, be shot, your choice to follow the rules or not." Booms Walters voice through the carriage.
"Stay down!" The sheriff's son pleaded with the passenger next to him, "Trust me son, i have this under control" said the old man grabbing the son's pistol.
At this moment Red, who was still outside, hears a gunshot from inside followed by Walter shouting.
Red rushed to open the door to find the old man staggering into the isle falling dead on his back with a bloody hole ripped through his shirt and into his chest. Seeing Alaitoc's pistol raised Red pulls Alaitoc towards him and growls, "What the devil do you think you are doing!? You are here to rob the place, NOT to practice your pistol skills!" Alaitoc responded with a simple nod. Red, spotting Walter grab an expensive necklace off a 20-something woman, rushed to Walters side only to snatch the necklace back off him.
"I do apologize on behalf of my friend here, he has not yet understood the concept of manners" Red said calmly to the woman handing the necklace back to her making her smile awkwardly. Walter moving to the next row whispers to Red while doing so. "Well aren't you a bloody Gentlemen" Red, grabbing a bag from Walter, walks over to the row where the sheriffs son is sitting, kicking the dead body to one side Red grabs the sons watch. "Nice watch you have there, is that made from real gold? "Get your damned hands off me!" The Sheriff's son responded in shock. Red successfully taking off the watch says sarcastically "There, hands off!" as he drops the watch into the bag. "Give that back to him!" a horrified voice shrieks. Red looks up to see the sheriffs daughter. "Why would we do that? Now hand over those rings" Walters voice cuts in as he points to her hands. "Newly married are we?" Asks Red teasingly "no, he just proposed as i left to board this train" "Looks expensive" Walter laughs. "Ok hand it over" says Red "what happened to being a 'Gentleman' " Walter asks. "Why would i have any reason to like married women?" Red replied jokingly.
Having collected as much valuables as possible while still being 'polite to the girls'. Walter throws a full bag to Alaitoc as he walks up the isle towards the other two. The three bandits exit the carriage, they are about to step into the baggage carriage when a voice yells "You bastards wont get away from me!" A shot flies past Reds head narrowly missing, Red ducks and turns around to fire at the shooter.

The next few seconds seemed to have gone in slow-motion for Red. He didnt want this, he didnt want to have to shoot anyone. A single murder is punishable by a hanging around these parts. So when Red pulled the gun out of his vision to see who had just slumped to the floor, he felt the coldest shiver run down his spine as he realized, covered in a bloody face was the now limp body of a 21 year old boy, and not just any 21 year old boy, the SHERIFFS 21 year old boy. As Red was startled back to reality he turned around to see Walter and Alaitoc pleading him to move. As Red jumped into the next carriage Alaitoc unbuckled the previous one. Now with 3 bags filled with pricey valuables, they were just left with a silent ride, oblivious to the train conductors, in the baggage cart with 2 bloody, unnecessary deaths on their mind.
Act 2:
Spoiler! :
Littlerock, CA, 1855
"So did ya hear?" asked Thomas the bartender. "Some good for nothin bandits went and not only robbed a train, but shot it up including the local sheriffs son!." Thomas asked to Red and Walter. "And fer gods sake are you gonna order sumthin or just sit there moping?" He asked to Walter, to which he replied with a simple grunt. Red downing the last of his beer, replied with "Haven't heard anything about it Tom." Forcing an awkward yet convincing smile. "Well they says these three nomads jumped the ol train as it was heading to Hesperia from Barstow and as it happens the Hesperia's sheriff's son and daughter were on that very train, they also say they were only taken from the men cause the bandits fancied the women and tried to act like gentlemen see. Yet they still went and stole from both the sheriff's kids and even shot one of them for standing up to them! Then they went and stole the damn train!" "How's the Hesperian sheriff?" asked Red trying to act casual. "They say he wants them bandits dead and will pay handsomely for any local bandits brought to him alive or dead. He's gone down right crazy with anger he has." Red looked at Walter who responded with a reassuring shrug. "You two arnt involved in any of this are ya?" "Cmon Tom, you know us, we wouldnt do anything like this" Walter said calmly "There was three of them and only two of us anyway."

At that moment a loud shout of excitement was heard from outside. "We got ya cornered now said the 1st Horseman" "The sheriff is paying us to hunt fellas like you down Alaitoc" said the 2nd horseman with an eager voice. "And what do you want with me Travis?" Shouted Alaitoc. "Aint is obvious son? We want to give the Hesperia sheriff a present, your head being it!" yelled the 3rd, much older looking, horseman over his own laughter. "Im sure all your heads would make much higher paying gifts!" yelled Alaitoc.
"ALAITOC!?" gasped Red and Walter as they heard his name being shouted. They saw him as they rushed out through saloons doors. "Alaitoc? who or what in gods name is that?..." asked Thomas realizing his question just fell on deaf ears.

"You know damn well ive got better things to do than help some low-lives jump a train!" pleaded Alaitoc "You owe us a ton o money and yar 2 weeks late boy, so the way i figure it, yeah ya would be desperate enough ta jump one of them fancy trains for money" Travis responded. "Look we out number ya 4 ta 1 so no matter what ya say, yar coming with us" Travis said raising his pistol ready to fire.
The 3rd horseman didn't see it coming, as an arrow lodged itself into his upper spine forcing the old man to thrust out his chest and fall, dead, off the side of his horse. "Make that 3 on 3 you yellow scum" shouted Walter with his bow raised "WHO THE FUCK!?" shouted Travis in surprise seeing his college drop dead as he turned around on his horse to see who had just killed his friend. "YOU LITTLE..." Travis stopped and roared with laughter seeing Red stumble past Walter and tripping onto the wooden path in front of him. "Make that 3 on 2! That drunken scum couldn't shoot a god damn cow!" Travis continued laughing manically. "I'm alright" Red said quietly to Walter as he stood up and dusted himself off "How much did you bloody drink!?" asked Walter in a bit of shock "about 50 cents worth" (-50c) replied Red "Thats about a 6th of a barrel, see this is why i don't like to drink!"
Alaitoc seeing the opportunity, fired one gun at the second horseman and the other at the first horseman who managed to move in time, after hearing the first gunshot, and only get hit in the shoulder. The second horseman wasnt so lucky as his head exploded in a bloody and gory mess while his body retained its balance for a full 3 seconds before the horse reared up and shook the headless body off itself and letting it rag-doll to the floor.
"2 on 2?" Shouted Walter teasingly at the sight of a grown mans head obliterating on the spot. Travis looked behind him to see the headless body slump to the ground and to see his last friend with a bloody wound to his shoulder screaming in pain. Travis turned back fast to fire at Alaitoc, but thanks to his high agility and Travis's poor shot, he was able to skip over the bullet as it sunk into the dusty ground.
"Ill have ENOUGH of that thank you!" shouted the Littlerock sheriff trotting around the corner with a shotgun raised. "Travis McCoy, You are here by under arrest and are to be escorted to Hesperia where i can claim a little reward for this town, OR ill let you go, but if i EVER find you in my town again, disrupting the streets with your violence, You WILL be shot ON SIGHT. "All right, All right hold yar damned tongue sheriff" Travis snapped back. "Cmon stop your whining we will go see Doc Brown. Now grab the other 2 bodies and lets go" Travis barked at the 1st horseman. "The bodies stay here, ill be claiming the reward on them atleast. Travis turned around to give the sheriff a rageful glare. The sheriff simply responded by aiming his shotgun and Travis's face. "Alright we're leaving!" Travis snarled as he turned his horse and walked off with the other horseman" "Dont forget to NEVER COME BACK TRAVIS MCCOY!" The sheriff yelled after him. "I dont want you three coming back here in a hurry either, its best you leave before i turn you in to the Hesperia sheriff aswell "Where are we ment to go?" asked Red. "I suggest grabbing those 2 spare horses left by our friend Travis and traveling anywhere but here and because there is 3 of you ill give you this blasted donkey i found earlier, i dont need the stupid thing. Now get the hell out a here!"
Act 3:
Spoiler! :
"What have we done? Why cant we stay?" asked Red, "Same reason why i made Travis leave, because i'm sick of all these idiots coming into my town and disturbing the peace, i'm sick of outsiders bringing their disruptive problems with them. Now i'm a fair sheriff and there is no sense in locking up people for simply wondering into our town, so i'm giving you and option, leave this town and take your problems with you, or stay and ill charge you for murder." said the sheriff with increasing anger. What if we hunt down Travis for you? asked Alaitoc "Did you not just hear me? I don't want to see his ugly face around here again, i don't care what happens to him, or you for that matter. Just get out of my town already!" growled the sheriff. "Look if you really want to return that much there IS a forgiveness fee... If you know what i mean." "How much 'forgiveness' are we talking about?" asked Red "$200 is enough." Answered the sheriff. "$200!?" repeated Walter in shock. "Your choice if you want to return or not, now stop wasting my time and get out of here!" shouted the sheriff as he turned around rode off through the town.
"Better get going then" Alaitoc said with a sigh. "There is a girl i need to visit first, she can help us." Red said walking off. "Where did Walter go?" asked Alaitoc confused. "He's right here... wait, where is he?"

$200 then, if i can track down Travis i can claim that money easily, then ill FINALLY be able to settle down somewhere, in Littlerock. Walter thought to himself as he rode off, tracking the faint path of horse steps Travis had left behind only a moment ago through the Mojave desert. Smoke! Walter though to himself speeding up. A camp! But its deserted? "Hold it!" said a calm voice. "Travis, i'm just passing through, i'm not here to fight." responded Walter without looking. "Travis!? You know that son of a bitch?" "Wait, who the hell are you?" Walter turned to see who this man really was. He looked strong and was wearing hunting clothes yet it looked like he had recently shaved. "Point that bow somewhere else. I don't know Travis, i just want his head on a spear" Walter said angrily. "Oh, sorry about that, you cant be to sure with the recant amount of head hunting going on. By the way, the names Flint Westwood" " McGee, Walter" "So what do you know about Travis then?" asked Flint. "Not much, we met in Littlerock a while ago, he doesn't seem so tough, so i'm going to hand him into the Hesperia sheriff for a nice reward." Walter responded. "Don't underestimate Travis, I've been following him from even before the Bandit reward was called, He has taken a lot of lives, i saw 5 men enter his hideout, moments later he walks out with a bottle of scotch and a blood stained shirt. Don't how he did it, but no run of the mill bandit is capable of that."

"Here she is!" Red said proudly "I dont see anyone" said Alaitoc confused as Red walks over to a tied down horse, who at the sight of Red, seems to lighten up, "hello Jesse!" Red says with enthusiasm, "Howdy Red" says a scruff voice. "Howdy, ill be taking Jesse now" replies Red "less than a day, that will be 50c Red" says the stable hand (-50c) "Take this horse Alaitoc" Red says handing him the horse left behind by Travis, "What will i do with this donkey then?" asked Alaitoc "How much do ya want for it?" asked the stable hand. "$5 will do, its not worth much to me" Alaitoc responded handing over the donkey. "Only 5!? Ya sure mister? Hot damn the misses will be happy to hear about this one!" The stable hand said with a lot of excitement. (+5$)
"Where you heading to Red?" asked Alaitoc "Im not really sure, i was thinking about hunting down Travis, to pay for a train ticket to visit my family again out east." Red said "Come stay at my place over in Barstow while we track Travis." "Why are you after Travis?" "I'm a mercenary, its my job, plus you payed me to help you for the whole day not just for the 'train ride'." "How are we going to find Travis anyway?" asked Red. "His shack is north west of Barstow, im not fully sure how to get to it, but im sure i can find it..." "again".

"Again, thank you for giving me some of that coyote" Walter said "No worries. Better to make friends out here than enemies" Flint replied. "Now i still think you should help me catch Travis, split the reward. There is no way either of us can catch him alone" Flint continued "No, i want to do this alone, i prefer not to work with strangers" Walter said walking over to his horse" "If you insist on being slaughtered, i wont stop you" Flint said with a chuckle. "A native american tribe has moved in around these parts, i would travel carefully." "Thanks for the warning."
Walter continued riding north after learning the location of Travis's hideout from Flint. Maybe i should ask that Flint guy for help, Walter thought to himself. After all he did say Travis would slaughter me, even if he was being sarcastic. I dont normally trust strangers, in fact i usually kill them, but with native americans around maybe i should get his help. Walters mind hounded itself with questions until Walter just stopped, took a gulp of water from his liquor flask and decided to just make up his mind.
Act 4:
Spoiler! :
Barstow outskirts 1855
"You sure you don't want to wait until the morning, you know have a rest and so on?" Asked Red. "No, follow me."
Replied Alaitoc looking into the distant sandy hills. "Where not even going to stop for a bit of a drink?" said Red confused to which Alaitoc replied with a simple stare. "Alright, lets go then, lead the way." Red responded with a sigh of disappointment.

Mojave desert/bushland 1855
There are just to many threats, ive got no option but ask for his help. Walter thought to himself as he spun around in surprise after hearing a sudden snap in the not to far distance. Walter drew his bow, felt a numbing pain in his neck and slumped to the floor, unconscious.

Near Travis's Hideaway
"Jesse doesn't like riding through this canyon" Red said worryingly. "We are just about out into the open dessert again" Alaitoc replied as the canyon walls suddenly began to widen. As the two stepped onto the top of the sand dune they could see a small light coming from a large shack in the very distance. "Looks like we found our way" Alaitoc said with a grin. "That's Travis's hideout?" Red asked, "It doesn't look like much of a hideout." "There are landmines surrounding this hole area, He has a perfect 360 view of the hole area and has a cellar full of canned food, water and ammunition. Dont underestimate Travis's abilities based on his home."

Native American campsite
Walter woke with 2 shocks, the first was the fact he had woken up in a tepee, the second shock was the sudden head ache that came rushing to his head. Walter could hear chanting from outside. An old Indian woman entered the tent. Who is she!? Walter thought to himself. "Up." The old woman said. Did she just tell me to get up? Walter thought to himself confused. "Hey, stop poking me" Walter said annoyed as he was pushed outside. The first thing Walter saw was a group of Indians dancing around a large campfire with others sitting, watching. The he saw him, Flint. "What the hell is going on!?" Walter asked flint as he sat down next to him. "Bout time the tranquilizer dart wore off" Flint said still watching the dancing "Dont worry Walter, i saw you get captured by my friends so i..." "FRIENDS!?" Walter cut him off "Yeah, friends" Flint said not understanding Walters question. "I followed you back here and explained to Flying Rattlesnake that you were after Travis, they untied you and left you in the tent on the simple mention of 'after Travis'." Flint laughed to himself. "You saw a flying rattlesnake?" Walter slurred still feeling the after effects of the dart. "No, i mean Flying Rattlesnake, the Village chiefs son. "And his friend since we were 12" interrupted a deep smooth voice coming from the man next to Flint. "Peace pipe?" Rattlesnake asked "What is it?" "He just woke from one of your darts, dont offer him a pipe!" Flint said pushing the pipe back towards Rattlesnake. "You are free to leave when you want" Flint said "Travis's hideaway is east of here" Rattlesnake added. "About that. I was thinking of getting your help with finding Travis, i mean you know your way around here better than i do and you also..." Walter was cut off. "We would be glad to aid you on your gurney" Rattlesnake interrupted "I already have yours and our horses packed and ready, lets go!" Flint said eagerly, as they stood up to leave a strong dark hand grabbed Rattlesnakes arm. After a few brief moments Rattlesnake turned to Flint disappointed. "Sorry friend, father has forbidden me to join you this time."
Flint and Walter rode off east, away from safety and towards Travis.

Near Travis's Hideaway
Red followed Alaitoc as they tip-towed and crouched through the open desert field, avoiding the 'suspicious' looking sand mounds on the way. They approached the shack and listened in crouching under an open window.
"So, i grabbed the whore, lifted her onto my shoulders and carried her to the bedroom. Why pay for them when they cant do anything about us not paying anyways!" chuckled voice 1. the room burst into a roar of laughter. "Hurry up Travis! How many beans did you eat!?" shouted a second voice. a flush sounded followed by Travis's voice scratchy voice "Shut up Derek, ok fellas play yar worst hands!" the movement of cards and coins made it obvious to Red they were playing poker. "WHAT!" shouted Travis "Ya filthy cheatin scum! Ya looked at my hand while i was in the toilet, DIDN'T YOU" Travis yelled getting out of his chair, a 3rd female voice giggled "Calm down Travis, Derek isnt worth the energy anyway" another voice laughed. The voice of the second man responded. "Oi! I'm worth everyone's energy!" "Well in that case." Travis said with a sinister voice. There was a loud bang as the sound of a chair hitting the floor came from inside the room followed by a wine bottle smashing through the top half of the window Red and Alaitoc where under. The wine bottle hit a rock, stayed in tacked then bounced into a lump of sand setting of an explosion. "Derek ya yella bellied moron! Now ive gotta see Doc Brown over getting a new mine of his, AND THEY ARE NOT CHEAP!" Voice one yelled, "How was that my fault!?" Derek yelled "Its cause ya didnt let the bottle hit ya! Thats why!" shouted Travis as the room burst out in more drunken laughter.

A small flash followed by a loud rolling boom filled the eyes and ears of Walter and Flint as they peered through some low trees to see a small lump of sand explode in the distance. "What was that!?" Flint asked astonished "I think there's TNT under those sound lumps" Walter replied equally surprised, "Its Travis's defense i heard about" Flint said. "Travis gets these mines from someone named Doc Brown and hides them around the place, now that we know they're poorly hidden we can get up to Travis by surprise" Flint said, sneaking through the start of the mine filled sand.

"Sounds like there are 5 of them" Red said continuing to listen to Travis's Poker game. "Well we cant just jump through the window, we need a distraction" Alaitoc said thinking. "I have an idea, find me a rock."

At that moment as Walter a Flint were sneaking through the end half of the mine field, a mine near by suddenly exploded making Flint and Walter's ring.
"What the fuck? No one threw another bottle at me did they?" Derek asked. "Go look outside Derek" Travis asked cautiously. "Holy SHIT!" Derek shouted "There's two of em! Approaching the shack!" "How'd they get through the mines!?" Travis yelled confused. "Shoot at the mines near em!"
As Derek took a shot, a mine exploded to the left of Walter forcing Flint and Walter to duck into the natural sand pattern for cover.
It was at this moment, while Travis and his goons were distracted with some other people, Alaitoc dived through the lower half of the window, guns blazing in hope it will force Travis to jump for cover, Red Fired through the top half of the window, hitting Derek in the shoulder who was still firing at mines out the door to the forward left of Red. Derek stumbled back shouting in pain "NOT MY FUCKING SHOULDER AGAIN!!!" Derek fell back into a chair putting pressure on his shoulder and fighting back most of the tears.

The mines has stopped exploding, had the man who had been shooting them run out of ammo? Flint wondered peering his head up. Flint and Walter saw gunshots from inside through the open door, the man was no longer at the door, had he been shot? Flint thought to himself still. At this moment, Walter jumped up and started sprinting over the mines, Walter dived and rolled up against the wooden shack walls, shortly followed by Flint. Walter and Flint were now on either side of the open door.
Act 5:
Spoiler! :
He had been quiet most of the night, but as a human figure burst through the window, firing madly and sending the hole room into panic, his first reaction was to let out an ear-piercing yell of shock as he dived for his nearest cover, the couches. Unfortunately for this quiet man, this was exactly in the path of where Alaitoc shot his Smith & Wesson Volcanic pistols. The last thing this man would have felt would have been the pain of a high powered bullet driving itself, in what might have seemed like slow motion, into the side of his temple, lodging itself past his hard skull and into his soft brain with so much force that his hole body started to rotate in the air as he hit the cold, hard floorboards of the little shack.
Meanwhile, as the bullet found its way into the mans brain, Derek had leaped off his chair in hope of seeking safety under the coffee table. It would have been an excellent spot to seek refuge too, if it wasn't for Alaitoc who had misjudged the strength of the table. Derek was squashed as the table gave way to Alaitoc's sudden weight (5 Luck) (-10 HP), but not before Derek had fired a shot back towards the window Alaitoc had come from.
As Red shot through the open window and into the bathroom wall, he rolled down to his right, only to be greeted with a bullet in his back (5 Luck) (-40 HP) that had come from Dereks last and only shot.
As his friend landed, dead, next to him behind the couches, an arrow burst through the very couch infront of him, unfortunately for Flint, the couch was to thick for his arrow to fully penetrate through (4 luck), leaving the tip of the arrow stuck only a few millimeters away from his targets head. As Flint ducked back to the left of the door, Walter leaped to his left, past the door towards Flint. At this moment the man behind the couch crouched up and fired towards the door while shouting "You missed me fucker!", his bullet going through the wall just left of the door, Flint and Walters right. As the bullet narrowly missed Walter, he fired his bow in panic. Walters arrow unfortunately sailed over the kitchen bench and into the wall without even being close to anyone. As Alaitoc rolled off the table-top he looked up to see a man shout and fire at the door. Recognizing this mans voice as the one he had heard earlier talking about 'Free prostitution'. Alaitoc promptly fired at the man and watched as his head snapped one way and as blood squirting towards the other.

Alaitoc stood up to be greeted with a bow pointed in his face. "Dont move or it will be the last thing you do" said Flint angrily with a bit of a laugh. "Alaitoc!?" Yelled Walter surprised. "You know this man?" asked Flint lowering his bow. "Why are you hear?" Asked Walter "Probably the same reason as you, we are after Travis" "We?" asked Flint confused. "Yeah, Red and I... WHERE IS HE?" Alaitoc yelled in horror. The three of them looked around, it was Flint who spotted the pool of blood coming from the bathroom. "Guys, look at what is coming out of the bathroom." Flint said slowly. Flint walked over to the bathroom. "Red didnt happen to be a female did she?"
At this moment Alaitoc and Walter both shared a sigh of relief. "No Red is a man" Alaitoc said "In his late 20's and has messy blackish hair." Walter added. At this moment Derek lazily stood up from under the collapsed coffee table. "Red?" Asked Flint "Wah? Who's Red? I'm Derek" "Tell me where Red is! NOW!" Walter growled picking up Derek. "I dont know no Red." Derek said slowly, in pain as he clutched his shoulder again "I shot at that window there and heard a man scream, maybe that was him?" Derek added. "If he's dead, do are you!" Walter said angrily pushing Derek who stumbled backwards into a chair. Flint looked out the broken window. "Oh dear lord! There's someone here!" Flint said in shock. Walter and Alaitoc rushed through the door and around the side of the house. "Red!" Walter screamed "You alright?" Alaitoc added. Red responded with a simple grown followed by, "My back, my fucking back" "Find something we can use as a bandage" Alaitoc said to Flint who was still looking through the window. Flint turned around to Derek "Where do you keep your medical things?" "Why the hell would i help you?" Derek replied. Flint simply stabbed Derek in his other shoulder with an arrow. "GAH, FUCK, WHY!?!?" Derek shouted out in even more pain. "OK, OK, go into the bedroom, TRAVIS probably has a few shirts you can use to stop the blood. Flint walked over the bedroom door and pulled it open.
Walter and Red shut their eyes as a blinding flash emitted from within the house. Walter, after a few seconds to regain his eye sight, heard a loud wooden thud followed by the sound of a metal hatch slamming shut. Walter walked into the house to see Flint and Derek kneeling over on the floor with their hands over there eyes. Walter looked around to see a now pushed over bookshelf, with a closed metal hatch in the floor behind it. "What in gods name was that?" Walter asked Flint. "Travis, i saw him as i opened the door, he was crouched in the corner of the room while he threw some small round thing at my feet, then there was just light, and now i cant see bloody anything!" Flint said trying to shake off his blurred vision. "Hahaha, That would be one of Doc Browns gadgets, you wont see anything like it anywhere else!" Derek said laughing, "Did you say Docter?" Flint asked, "Yeah, Doc Brown, why?" "A docter he can help Red!" Alaitoc said walking into the room rubbing his eyes. "Tell us how to find him!" Walter demanded "And if i dont?" Derek said teasingly. Walter walked over to Derek, pulled out his rapier, and started to force it into Dereks left shoulder. "GAHHHHHHHHHHH" Derek shouted out in agony. "STOP!"
"Then tell us where to find Doc Brown" Walter demanded, "alright, alright! He lives in a small mining town called Calico, Its a little in between here and Barstow. How about this, let me live and ill show you the way to Docs, so we can all get patched up. Fair?" Derek pleaded. "Sounds fair" Alaitoc said. "What about Travis?" Flint asked "He's down in the cellar, ha, you can try all you want but you wont be able to get to him, not with that metal trap door in place!"
A deep scruffy voice, Travis's voice, echoed into the room from under the metal hatch. "Ya got 5 minutes to get the hell out of here, before i blow up every single one of them mines out there, oh and take that dumbass Derek with you!" On that the group of 5 now had 2 options.
Act 6 (Chapter 1 Final)
Spoiler! :
At the sound of Travis's death threat creepily echoing throughout the room sent shivers down everyone's spine.
Alaitoc, without even making a sound, walked out and over to Red, who was barley conscious due to the amount of blood that was seeping out of his back. "OK Red, i'm going to try and sit you up, then use this shirt to bandage your back. We are all getting out of here." Alaitoc, sat Red up against the wall and bandaged him, but before Alaitoc even tried to lift Red onto his feet, a faint, weak, yet determined voice stopped him. "Sss... Stop... I'm only stopping you from getting Travis... Go after him, ill be fine..." Red said quietly, fighting to stay awake. Alaitoc thought for a moment, then headed inside.
Back inside Derek, Flint and Walter were arguing over to leave, or to go after Travis.
"Just forget about him! Ill show you to Doc Brown!" Derek pleaded awkwardly clutching his shoulders. "Flint! Stop helping that poor excuse for a human and help me open this metal door!" Walter yelled as he tried, to no effect, to twist the steel handle. Flint, who was making a sling for Derek using an old rag he had found in the bedroom, ignoring Walters shouts. "We are better off coming back, prepared, then trying to go after him tired and half dead."
Flint responded. "If you help me open this hatch, we can finally get Travis. He wont be ready for us either, if we come back he will be prepared for to!" Walter said continuing to try to twist open the metal trapdoor. "What do you mean Travis in unprepared, HA! He has several shelves of canned food and ammunition down their!... I probably shouldn't have mentioned that..." Derek said laughing, then cursing under his breath at that leak of information. "All the more reason to come back prepared another time!" Flint said trying to finally persuade Walter. "Few more minutes then i blow up all of ya!" The voice of Travis echoed throughout the room once more.
Alaitoc entered the room. "Help me over here!" Walter shouted over to Alaitoc. "Flint i need your help to get Red to his feet." Alaitoc said calmly." "If you at least just try and help me, ill help you!" Walter said trying to get one of the two to help him. Alaitoc walked over to Walter and tried to help him open the hatch. "Forget about it Walter, there is no way we can get that open" Alaitoc said after briefly trying to help. Flint and Alaitoc then walked out towards Red. "I said leave me..." Red said quietly, each word taking all of his willpower to get out. "We tried opening the door, its stuck closed" Alaitoc said helping Red to his feet with Flint. "Just stop trying. The door is jammed from the inside." Derek chuckled at Walters failed attempt to open the hatch. Flint, Alaitoc and Red walked into the room, Red being put down onto another chair. "Walter, we need your help if we are all going to get out of here alive." Flint said. "Just give me a hand, ive almost got this!" Walter said not wanting to give up, the thought of Travis's blood on his hands, racing through his mind, encouraging him to not give up." "Lets GO!" Alaitoc yelled, grabbing Walter back. (6 Str/5 Str) With a disappointed look on his face and a sense of failure in his mind, Walter helped Alaitoc get Red onto his feet, while Flint was already helping Derek get out the door."

The 5 of them safely navigated past the minefield back to Alaitoc's Horse and Jesse, who at the site of Red, looked panicked. Alaitoc lay Red over the back of Jesse, who to Reds command, let Alaitoc ride him. Flint rode off on Alaitoc's horse around the minefield, only to bring back his and Walter's horse who were still waiting for their masters to return on the other side. Derek sat in front of Flint on his horse while Walter rode his alone. The now beaten up and tired group of 5 went in search for the mysterious Doctor Brown under Derek's directions.

11pm Calico.
After a 2 hour horse ride the group arrived in a small town. It only had 2 streets. One main street, with a town hall carved into the cliff at the end, which the group were looking down, and another street branching off the main one along side the cliff to the left. "Docs house is only down the end of that road to the left" Derek said with as much excitement as a tired man with 2 holes in his shoulders could bring up. "Hey Doc!" Derek shouted banging on the front door of a large wooden house. "I was asleep god damn, this better be good" a soft voice said on the other side of the door. A tall lanky old man, about 6ft with grey hair, dark brown eyebrows and thick grey facial hair opened the door. "Hey pop" Derek said shyly "Derek? You decide NOW is a good time to visit your fath..." The smooth welcoming voice of Doc Brown was cut off as he looked past Derek to see 2 men support an almost unconscious and bloody man. "Damn sonny, this IS good!" Doc Brown said in amusement at the sight of Red. "You even got yourself beat up again to..." Doc said in a less enthusiastic tone at the sight of a bloody hole over Dereks right shoulder and at the sight of an arrow sticking out of his left. "Well dont just stand there dying, come in!" Doc said with an odd crazy grin.
The last thing Red remembered was an old man laughing manically as he held a bloody arrow above his head as somebody else next to him screamed in pain. Was this crazy strange old man going to stab him with that blood soaked arrow while he fell asleep!? What was going on? WHERE ARE THE OTHERS? WHY ARE THEY NOT HELPING!?! WHY AM I STRAPPED DOWN TO A TABLE!!!? These paranoid and terrifying thoughts were Reds last, and final thoughts...
Until Saturday afternoon. Where Red woke up in a comfortable bed as Flint walked into the cozy room with a bowl of warm beef stew.
Chapter 2
Act 1:
Spoiler! :
Hesperia Medical Clinic
"Doctor! My patience wearies, what can you tell me about my sons death!"
"Well sir," Stephen began not looking up to talk to the sheriff of Hesperia, " The bullet I pulled out of your sons head is to disfigured to determine the type of bullet or what gun shot it. There doest seem to be any other marks on your son apart from the bullet hole in the centre of his forehead..." Stephen was cut off.
"Get to the POINT doctor!" The sheriff said raising his already agitated tone as he slammed his fist down on the table.
"Uhh, ok, well" said Stephan sheepishly,
"You will look at me when talking Mr Cain!" demanded the sheriff, snarling. Stephan snapped his head upwards to address the sheriff.
"Yes sir. It doesn't look like your sun put up a fight..." Stephan was cut off yet again.
"You calling my son a coward, Mr Cain?"
"Oh, uh, no, not at all sir. I mean to say your son may have been shot by surprise, without warning. I mean to say there wasn't a fight or a struggle or anything beforehand, just a clean shot to the centre of the head, a very accurate shot actually, which is surprising as witnesses on the train say that the gentleman..."
"Gentleman?" The sheriff asked with a degrading tone.
"uh, the bandit I mean. Witnesses say the 'bandit' shot wildly as he ducked for cover when your son tried to shoot him."
"So your saying some strange bullet, from an unknown gun, fired by a mysterious bandit, who managed to pull off a very accurate shot while ducking for cover when my son, who I've raised in the use of fire-arms since he was 5, shot at him and missed, has killed my son? Please tell me WHY I've paid you!? you've only succeeded in raising more questions than answering them!"
Stephen Cain was growing angry and annoyed at the sheriff's passive aggressive attitude, after 3 days of this Stephen was overly agitated only wanted to punch this sheriff right in the gut. He looked to be a heavy drinker, a punch to the gut could have devastating effects to someone of the sheriffs build, but he was being paid far to well to start anything with this man. Even without the money Stephan wouldn't even try to stand up to this sheriff.
One day when Stephen had just turned 7, his family were mysteriously killed in their candy store named 'Candy Cain's Candy Store' in California City. The Stannards were the last people seen in the store and were suspects in the murder. Not being able to have their own children, the Stannards took in Stephen as their second child as a sign of good faith. Their first child being Daisy who they adopted from India during one of their many trips around the world. Daisy and Stephen grew up together mainly in their mansion in Oxford England. When old enough they both studied Medicine with high distinctions. The lead suspect of the crime on the Cain's candy shop was never prosecuted as there was 'not enough evidence that the suspect did the crime'. The unsolved case is what eventually lead Stephan to start a love and an occupation of solving cold cases. When Stephen was 27 he was given the ok to preform an autopsy by his superiors, unknown to everyone the 'dead body' was not quite dead... until Stephan started cutting into the man only to see blood starting oozing everywhere. The shock, amount of blood and recant repressed memories of his past sent Stephan into sudden petrifaction, unfortunately the body lost to much blood before someone could rush in and save it. Word of his actions spread quickly and Stephan was forced to hide until things calmed down. Stephan saw this as an opportunity to travel back to America with Daisy and start medicine in a more quiet location and when ready, try to solve his own cold case.

"I'm sorry Sir, but I'm going to need more time to study the body" Stephen said, this time with a much more confident tone. The sheriff eyes him carefully, as if he didn't trust Stephens opinion, in fact Stephen could tell the sheriff didn't trust him at all.
"You better have some answers next time doctor Cain, or so help me!" With that the sheriff trudges out of the room, slamming the door closed behind him. Stephen hunched back over the corpse with a sigh.
"You need to take a break Stephen." Daisy said calmly, Stephen had almost forgotten she was even there.
"You heard him! Not until I find an answer!"
"But you havent even slept or taken a brake in almost 3 days!"
"The mysteries of this case wont solve themselves and with every minute i WASTE, ARGUING WITH YOU, IT WILL ONLY BECOME HARDER TO SOLVE!"
"Well if you think my thoughts are just a waste of time, then ill leave. After being asked, no BEGGED by you to travel here from England to some dump that passes off as a town, i can see I'm obviously not wanted." With that Daisy ripped off her gloves and walked out the room rolling her eyes.
"Wait, Daisy WAIT!"
Stephan hardly ever raised his voice, especially towards the people he loved. Stephan, realizing what he had done, awkwardly took of his gloves, gently put them down and ran after Daisy.
Daisy is 2 years younger than Stephen, 5ft7 with a slender body and an olive complection, one you would expect from someone with Indian parents, however she has a somewhat strong English accent and she had shoulder length black hair that she ties back into a bun while working.
Stephan raced after Daisy. "Daisy! Im sorry!" Stephan shouted out. Daisy stopped and turned around to face Stephan who had just caught up. "Sorry Daisy, its just this case, i dont know what to do, this case is so odd, it doesn't match up to the witnesses stories, and i could really use your help and..."
Daisy cut him off "Just take a brake, the reason why you are getting so short tempered and frustrated is because you need to sleep, just stop for a while, you will start thinking more clearly once you do. I'm going to bed now and you should to."
Stephan was tired, very tired, but as he lay awake in his bed unable to actually sleep, he thought through the case over and over again, "Ok, so i have a dead sheriffs boy, who was shot in the head, by what the recorded eye witnesses say was a bandit in his late 20's. He was shot using a simple 6-chamber revolver while the 'bandit stumbled backwards for cover.' while the sheriffs son shot. But the size of the whole in the boys head, the bullet hole is to big and neat, not to mention that revolvers are inaccurate especially while stumbling, how did the bullet even enter the skull on such a perfect straight angle anyway!? Maybe the revolver has been modified? I NEED the murder weapon! Its all to strange! I AM missing something here, i know it, but what..." With that final thought Stephan finally fell asleep.

Calico
Red woke up covered in sweat, he had been having nightmares about the firefight with Travis going wrong, him or someone else dying, the shack being blown up or something along those lines, but this time it was different. He dreamed about the train robbery instead, he dreamed he was one of the passengers, who say Red fall back and shoot as the sheriffs son shot at him. But it looked odd, the dream was over the top, the sheriffs son was big and angry looking and shot at Red with a huge rifle instead. As he saw himself stumble back for cover in his dream he saw it in slow motion, which is how it felt when he DID fall. But this time his dive for cover was over the top, his arms and legs were flailing as he saw himself lunge backwards, his flailing gun going off as Red's aim reached the general direction of the sheriff's son. His pistol looked tiny though and his shot looked like it was going to miss. However he saw the sheriffs head snap back with sickening force again, he saw the blood spurt out of the boy's skull, again, he saw the boy ragdoll to the ground, AGAIN.
As Red fell back to sleep he almost completely forgot this dream and the subtle message it contained. Even towns apart, Red and Stephan both new something was not right about the murder of the sheriff's son. Except unlike Red, Stephan was sure he knew that as a fact.
Act 2:
Spoiler! :
Doc Browns. Calico 11.05pm

Flint came hurrying down the stairs, almost tripping and flying down the last few only managing to regain his balance as his foot awkwardly made contact with the ground floor, it kinda hurt (-5 hp, -4 luck) However he notices 10c on the floor! (+10c, +4 Luck)
"He is... AWAKE!" Flint cried in excitement as he lightly limped into the kitchen where the others were sitting. Red slowly makes his way down the stairs and into the kitchen cradling his beef stew.
"How long does it take you to get downstairs?" Derek says as he ladles himself a bowl of stew.
"What do you mean?" replies Red.
"We sent Flint up with the stew like 10 months ago!"
"Huh? Its only been like 5 minutes? And why specifically 10 months?"
"I...I don't know, i just had the strangest feeling... anyway."
"Yes, Anyway" Alaitoc interrupted, What's our plan from here?"
"Find Travis and kill that son of a bitch!" Walter said abruptly, "Could really do with a nice $200."
"Yeah, i wonder how Travis is doing in that reinforced cellar without me" Derek said oblivious to the mutual hatred of the man that surrounded the room. "What?" Derek said confused at everyone's reaction.
"Well im not going after Travis, even if we are prepared this time who knows what he could still have up his sleeve!" Alaitoc responded, acting as if Derek hadn't said anything at all.
"Actually what exactly WAS under the hatch Derek?" Flint asks
"Oh that thing? Doc Brown pipes up happily. "Well there already was a wine cellar under that old shack of his but i had an idea, what if you were being hunted? Why not make it impenetrable? So managed to make a large enough mold and with some iron, let me tell you finding enough iron for one massive trap door was haaAAAAArd! Then we..." Doc rambled on and on about how they managed to line the walls and roof with thick layers of stone and concrete, remove most of the wine caskets to make room for shelves and other things, how he made a small series of tiny shafts in the walls that allowed users to overhear discussions up top and how in some of those shafts were a network of mirrors that allowed you to look into the shafts to see who, or what is on the floor above. If Doc didn't go into so much detail and repetition all of you would have actually found this interesting. Then he said something that made Alaitoc jump. "Oh and Travis requested that one of the stone in the wall was actually a large button that would allow access into a hidden safe, the safe was small though and he only put one thing in it, a book called 'The mind of a Mongol'
"We need to get into that bunker" Alaitoc spat out suddenly. "Now."
"Says the man who forced me to back off it." Walter retorts. "How are we going to get in there anyway? We tried last time and the wheel on that huge metal trap door didn't budge, as if the wheel itself was locked!"
"That's because i designed the door that way." Doc replies proudly, beaming. "Once inside access from the top can be stopped by essentially locking the handle, this is done by..." Doc blabs on again for another few minutes specifically about how he designed the lock and what went into making it.
"Got on with it dad!" Derek whines impatiently.
"Oh right, well if you want to get in, i can help, why don't you all step into the laboratory" Doc says with a menacing smile.
Act 3
Spoiler! :
Doc Browns. Calico 11.10pm
"Alright, follow me!" Doc said beaming as he leaped out of his chair with surprising strength and hurried through the back door in the kitchen.
"Ill be back later, i just want to check the sheriff's office for any information on Travis" Walter said
"Don't you want to see what Doc has..." As Red turned around it was to late, Walter had already vanished. Red hurried out the kitchen door after the others.

"In here boys!" Doc said happily as he unlocked and pulled back a large bolt in two big wooden doors.
"Is he always this energetic?" Flint asked to Derek.
"He always gets like this when someone takes interest in his... 'inventions'"
As the 5 of them start to walk down the tunnel built into the cliff side, a row of gas lamps set in tiny alcoves on each side of the tunnel wall burst alight, further down the tunnel already, Doc gives off a menacing giggle.

Meanwhile, Sheriffs office. Calico.
"DON'T touch the horse." A booming and scruff voice came out from inside the sheriffs office. Walter froze and withdrew his hand away from the striking black horse. Walter stood up straight as the sheriff stepped out with a bucket of feed.
"Have anything to report sir?" The sheriff asked rather impatiently, dumping the feed into the trough.
"I, uh just wanted to have a look a the local wanted posters."
"Bounty hunter huh?"
"You could say that, I also wanted to ask you.."
"What do you know about Travis McCoy?" Both Walter and the sheriff asked at the same time.
"Why don't you come inside."
Walter looked around, as he walked inside the building immediately opened up to a large room with another door to the side leading to a small stable where the sheriffs horse is most likely kept at night. Across the other side of the room from Walter was a small opening leading into what looked like a room with a few cells in it. There was a large desk in the center/left of the room and a big pin board taking up most the of the left wall. Walter looked at the wanted posters, the biggest one there being a big and aged photo of Travis with a huge bushy beard.
"The reward says $200 dead, but i don't see that happening anytime soon. We have a map with a list of his known hideouts, take a look."
Walter looked over the map. "You're missing one." The sheriff pulls out a $5 bill.
"Show me."
"I'm don't know of its exact location, but its about a 2 hour horse ride from here, north east i would say, roughly north from Barstow anyway. Walter circled the area with ink.
"Wouldn't be much use to explore it now, see Roy Waxsmith up there?" The sheriff pointed to a large poster, that son of a bitch raided us a few days ago, took off with a huge load of TNT and the key to the mining storage, saying he'll be back for more. I wouldn't have enough supplies on me to fight a pack of coyotes.

Doc's lab, Calico
"OK here we are!" Doc said happily as the row of gas lights turned and joined, forming a circle lighting up the huge underground room. Docs lab was in fact a huge minecart bay with rails leading across the room to a big mining elevator nestled to the back left of the room. Doc had tables, shelves and other things scattered all throughout the room.
"This is my laboratory!" Doc said pleased with himself. "Take a look around!"
Flint walked over to a table and saw a small round object that looked like the one Travis dropped in his shack. No, it was the SAME small round object that Travis dropped! There seemed to be some tab sticking out of this one though. "That's what i like to call a blind bomb!" Doc said over Flint's shoulder, appearing out of nowhere. Its filled with flint and a bit of gunpowder, the tab is connected to a bit of magnesium, so when you pull out the magnesium it rubs against the packed flint and gunpowder, igniting in a glorious and blinding flash if you look at it. Sold some to Travis actually... Well not sell, he just kinda, took it... Want me to demonstrate how it works?"
Everyone turns around and shouts out a synchronized "NO"
"Well in that case let me show you this!" Doc leads Flint over to another bench.
"Its a bow I've been working on, the wood is bendy and light and the string has slight elastic properties. It'll be able to shoot a lot further than normal bows! I've also got these gunpowder tipped tipped arrows which are good for igniting things at a distance. Or if you prefer I've got this crossbow which has a bit less range than that bow but its a lot more powerful, I've also managed to infuse these bolts with TNT, just ignite, shoot and watch the fireworks!"
"It looks like you've just tied a stick of TNT to the arrows..."
"It's not that simple! There were counter balancing issues to! Bah what would you know. I've also got this knife, one side is thin smooth and sharp and the other is serrated, it can cut through rope efficiently and even wood with enough effort, its even precise enough to use it as an ordinary steak knife."

"Now Red, you have a simple 6 chamber revolver, but what about this!" Doc pulls open a draw and takes out an 8 chamber revolver and another, larger 6 chamber revolver.
"Now this revolver has 8 chambers, so you can fire more before reloading, its light and easy to conceal, also I made multiple chambers so you don't have to awkwardly reload in battle, you can just switch out a used one for a full one! Now this 6 chamber is bigger and packs a better punch, but its actually more accurate than the 8 chamber but i make the only bullets for the gun which could end up being an issue..."

"Before you move on, I have one question" Red asked confused. "How did the lamps turn on by themselves?" Before Doc could even make an expression Alaitoc interrupted "There was actually a trip wire he broke as he walked ahead of us down the tunnel, it must have been linked to a some mechanism that ignited all the lamps. Didn't you see it?"
"I'VE WAITED 3 YEARS TO SHOW THAT OFF AND NOW YOU'VE GONE AND RUINED IT! AAAHHG" Doc stormed off furious.
"Didn't think it was that special..." Alaitoc murmured to himself.
"Looks like you miss out on the toys" Derek said laughing at Alaitoc, who simply glares at him. "Oh alright, uh, have these." Derek pulls out a small box from under a table. "These are fire bullets, they burn through the air as you fire them leaving a smoke trail behind to, good for igniting stuff and making sure your target will be more dead when you shoot them, although they can misfire and burn your hand... anyway they're $20 cause i said so".

So, if he sees someone that's being attacked or mugged by other criminals, he'll stop them.

He has seen his parents since then, occasionally stopping by, and they are no longer as hostile to each other. Jesse evenutally healed, and now is as strong, if not stronger than other horses.
After running away, Red knew he needed to eat, and began stealing bread. This slowly grew, and eventually, he began stealing all sorts of things from all sorts of people.

Spoiler! :
Non-Player Characters
Thomas The Bartender:
The well-liked bartender and saloon owner of the Grand Thomas Saloon and Hotel. He is 62 and has been working in the saloon all his life when his father, Thomas senior, opened it just before he met and married his mother. His father passing away 25 years ago, Thomas has successfully run the saloon since, with his wife, 3 kids 2 grand-kids and his now 82 year old mother. He has become known by the locals as the towns most nicest man. He is fit for his age has brown eyes and light brown hear with a thick handlebar moustache and a small beard, when in his saloon he likes to wear a white buttoned shirt, blue jeans and shiny black shoes with a gold plated watch on his left hand. Always has a wash-rag on him. Red and Walter have known him for few years.

Travis McCoy:
Not much is know about this man yet other than he is a local outlaw in his early 30's has a thick black moustache and short side burns. Always wears a black cowboy hat, a black coat, a red (probably blood soaked) rag, brown shirt and pants with brown leather boots and has a strong scruffy accent. (Loosely based off 'Mad Dog Tannen' from Back To The Future but with black hear and clothes). He seems to be apart of Alaitoc's mysterious background, Alaitoc seems to owe him a large debt. He owns a fortified shack north-east of Barstow.

Doc Brown: (Is in no way or form another Back to the Future reference :? )
The local doctor of a small mining town called Calico. He is 6ft, lanky and has a soft welcoming voice. Doc has an odd fascination with surgery and gets carried away with the chance to preform. He is very friendly but when angry, it is a very unwelcoming sight. He has somewhat mastered sword fighting in his spare time and always keeps a razor on him. He is the father of Derek Brown.

Derek Brown: 5ft9, he looks a bit muscular and is also a lot stronger than he looks as well. Bit of an uncoordinated idiot. He wears dusty old jeans, a simple brown leather vest with a light brown short-sleeve shirt underneath. Derek was one of Travis's goons until he left him to be blown up with the rest of our original 4 characters. He lead the group to his father Doctor Brown who successfully patched up Red and Derek. Derek always carries a unique 11-chamber revolver his father made. (It has become a regular gag that when he gets injured it is in the shoulder).

Flying Rattlesnake The son of the chief of a local native american tribe in the area, he is also Flint's long time friend. He is 5ft 8, very fit and energetic. He wears an open brown leather vest-jacket with a white and red scruffy shirt underneath. He wears an old partially tattered jeans and old runners that where probably Flint's at some point. He has the generic dark skin, dark brown eyes and hair. He is an excellent with a spear.

Daisy Stannard:
Stephen Cain's sister, although both of them were adopted by the Stannards. She grew up with Stephen in their Oxford mansion and just like Stephen she went through medical school with high grades and praise. She is 2 years younger than Stephen, 5ft7 with a slender body and an olive complection, one you would expect from someone born to Indian parents, however she has a somewhat strong English accent with shoulder length black hair that she likes to tie back into a bun while working.

The Sheriffs:
Oddly enough all the sheriffs look similar, They all wear grey suits with white shirts and dull black leather boots. They all have white hear and stereotypical western handlebar moustaches, each look like they are in their late 50's. Each sheriff prefers a different type of weapon and has a different looking horse.

Littlerock: Prefers the shotgun to solve situations and rides a light brown horse.
Hesperia: Prefers dual 8-chamber pistols, rides a horse with grey and dark grey/black patches. Has 2 children one now dead. Is offering money from $50 to $300 for any local criminals brought to him dead or alive.
Barstow: Has a high powered 6-chamber pistol and a short-sword at his side. Rides a dark brown horse.
Calico: Has a sawn-off shotgun and holds the key to the local TNT supplies. Rides a Black horse.

Name: Walter McGee
Age: 32
Appearance: Light skin; five o'clock shadow; dirty blond hair; 160cm, light build, grey eyes.
Personality: Walter enjoys killing people old school, carrying around a Mongolian-style bow and three full quivers of arrows, as well as a rapier. He is also quite bloodthirsty, often killing people when he thinks he can get away with it. He coldly calculates his every move and avoids drinking if he can, as it lowers his senses and weakens him.
Background: Walter was born in Ireland and moved to the West along with his family at a young age. His father taught him how to use weaponry that had run in their family for generations: A rapier and bow. Walter surprisingly mastered both, and imported a Mongolian bow so that he could fire off of horses more easily. Walter quickly masted horse riding as well. After he had everything he wanted, he fled his family and moved further out west.
Trade/Job: Bow hunting on horseback or on the ground.

Act 4
Spoiler! :
Somewhere North-West of Calico:
"The sheriff said Roy has a hideout in a cave near here, all I see from here is flat land! Maybe its over the other side near that mesa..." Walter said to himself as he guided his horse down a steep slope.
"Or maybe the cave is right behind you..." A brutish voice stated. Walter turned his horse around and to his surprise, the very slope he just went down housed the entrance to a cave.
"Get of the horse and don't fuckin move."
"If you insist" Walter said with a mischievous smile, he noticed the brutes slight limp, one so slight that only a man such as Walter himself would notice. As Walter came of his horse he landed on the Brutes foot, and ended his scream of pain with a quick draw of his rapier to the man's jugular. Side stepping to dodge the sudden spray of blood, Walter could hear two more voices coming from the cave, as they got closer he could see light illuminating the cave, the men must be holding torches.
"What's that idiot screaming about now?"
"He probably stood on another snake."
Walter ran forward and ducked behind a large wooden crate, using his sword to see the reflection of the other two men, he sprang up and shot one of them, the arrow pierced the man's heart and he dropped dead instantly, his running momentum sliding him along the caves floor.
"What in the lor..."
The man's sentence was cut off as an arrow whizzed passed his head, nicking his left ear.
"You'll fucking pay for that! Show yourself coward!"
As the man drew near to where Walter was hiding, he pulled back his bow, leapt up and fired! His arrow only launching a few centre meters until it become lodged right between the other man's eyes. Walter continued through the cave, passing several boxes on TNT and many mortar rounds.
"Go check what all the commotion is then go tell George to tell Travis that if he wants these explosives, he has to pay us more!"
A scrawny man comes stumbling out from the next corner, Walter grabs him and covers his mouth before the man could react.
"Struggle and ill slit your throat"
The scrawny young man complies.
"Now tell me, how many people are in the next room." Walter takes his hand away allowing the man to speak.
"Well, It's not really a room, more of an area..." Walter covers the man's mouth again.
"Just answer the question." Again Walter moves his hand to allow the man to speak.
"Just one..."
"Is it Roy?"
"Ye..." Walter muffles the man yet again.
"You will lay down on the ground, if you move I will kill you. If you scream for help I will kill you. If you do anything other than lie down and keep quiet, I will kill you. Got it?" The scrawny man nods in fear and as Walter lets him go he lies himself down.
As Walter creeps around the bend of the cave he spots a man at the far end on a wooden walkway which seems to span over a small waterfall leading down another whole. This man looks nothing like the person Walter saw on the poster in the Sheriffs office. This man wasn't wearing a bandanna, cowboy hat or sunglasses! Instead was big and very muscular, maybe 6ft 7 with light brown hair and big glaring hazel eyes. He carried a barrel of gunpowder over his shoulder and a large Pickaxe in his other hand, there was a shining dull golden key hanging off his belt.
Act 5
Spoiler! :
An arrow whizzes through the air, finding its target with expert precision as a bone shattering crunch echoes throughout the cavern.
Roy roars in pain as an arrow pierces up through the back of his knee and lodges itself into his leg, suddenly off-balance Roy drops his pickaxe, falls hard against the wooden railing and dropping the barrel of gunpowder. The railing however only stops Roy's fall for the briefest of moments as it gives way with a snap. Walter seeing his chance sprints into the cavern and dives straight for Roy, sending them both down the waterfall after the gunpowder. Walter reaches for the key attached to Roy's belt only to receive a sharp elbow to the side of the face. Before either has another chance to strike, both are sent underwater, twisting and turning and tumbling for air as they are pushed down and along the underground river all the while still struggling to fight one another. Making out the shape of a barrel floating to the left of him Walter brakes free of Roy's grasp and kicks off from his chest, finally surfacing for air and with his sense of direction restored Walter breaths a sigh of relief as he clutches the barrel, as light fades from the cavern above, realizing he never grabbed the key off of Roy, Walter looks down into the water only to realise that in the darkness it is impossible to even see his own legs. Over the sound of the rushing river Walter never hears the sound of a hand shooting up out of the water behind him as it finds his shoulder and drags him under once more. Taking a wild swing through the water Walter manages to find Roy's gut, clasp his head and surface once more as Roy keels over from the blow. With Roy's head still in he hand, Walter lifts him up to the surface to land a powerful blow through the darkness to what must be Roy's ear. No longer disorientated Roy lands a hit to Walter's face, without being able to anticipate the strike, the attack brakes his nose instantly sending a warm stream of blood down his face. Another blow comes up and lands underneath Walter's chin. Sensing another hit Walter lunges forward in the water clasping Roy's throat as he punches him, managing to find one of Roy's eyes. The water around them becomes violent and faster sending the duo spiralling and into the tunnels roof with a winding blow right before both of them are sucked down underwater, Still clutching Roy's throat Walter again kicks off from the bottom of the river, only to have Roy suddenly stop his momentum as it Roy's head scrapes along the roof of the tunnel, confused and needing air, Walter lets go of Roy and shoots his hands upwards only his hands never breach the water's surface, instead they connect with solid rock. With a panic a dreadful realisation washes over Walter, The tunnel is completely flooded! Every second seems like an eternity to Walter as he is trapped, completely submerged in both water and darkness. As Walter's lungs cry for air he is sent into the rapid's wall as the stream takes a sharp bend making Walter yelp and ingest water doing so. Roy's body appears ahead of him, unmoving. Hold on, He can see! Light must be coming in from somewhere! Realising this ride might soon be over, Walter spots the Key on Roy's belt and takes it as he is spat down through the roof into a large lit cavern, taking a gasp of air Walter plunges back into the water, hitting the bottom of the shallow pool rather hard. Only to have several strong hands grab his arms and haul him onto the bank of the lake.
"Have a nice swim Walter, You took long enough getting here!"
Spluttering out water and desperately gasping for air, a tall muscular figure garbed in a bandanna, cowboy hat and sunglasses kicks Walter forcefully onto his back, facing up.
"And this ones for Roy!"
JoeBob kicks Walter in the waist, sending Walter rolling over again. Walter looks around in a daze, noticing the thug he left on the floor back in Roy's cave take Roy's key back off him, Walter falls unconscious.

Dont worry, this wont be a 'boring western.' Prepare for a lot of action and maybe something a bit supernatural (but nothing crappy like vampires)
Oh, and FYI, the Mongolian bow I mentioned he had imported is based on the bows used by the Mongols under Genghis Khan, which were sort of shaped like an S but with the top going in a semicircle one more time. It was also held horizontally, to make it easier to shoot from horseback.

Ive updated the characters to include 'money' and 'important items.' These will be 1 or 2 simple starting items or weapons.
Skunk ive given your character a 6-shot-revolver unless you would like something else to start with.
Just like the family, ill open a 'Market' section to the game later on.
EDIT: according to a website, $1 in 1850 = $28.30 today, a glass of port was about 11c, keg of brandy was $3 back then and a wagon was $27.50. Using this ratio, $30 for each character is a fair amount for now.

based on Iron_Fangs half entry, i COULD start the story, but background on the character i kinda need so i dont make them sound like a machine. Should we wait? Or start?
Also, For people to have more control over the characters actions. I may PM people 'pre-story' options that will effect the characters behavior in the next installment.

 Well, at least try, if its bad ill fix it :D
Just cover this. Nationality, a little info of his childhood maybe. Any religious beliefs or experiences that may have shaped him into what he is today? What has caused him to have the stats you have given him? Why is he now a mercenary? If making a background is to hard you could leave him as 'no one knows his history' thing. That could also make someone FROM his history turn up as a side-plot.

Could you add more to appearance as well? Is he skinny? Fit? Missing an ear? Does he look like a stereotypical cowboy? How tall is 'tall'? Tall as in giant? Or tall as in more than average? (just over 6 foot).
Its a bit hard to work with what you have given me at the moment :?
sorry

Some edits to mine: Since it seemed that Skunk having -1 archery was ok, I'll subtract 1 from Rifles/Muskets and 1 from Pistols (basically, I make them explode in my face) and add 2 to archery.

Done.
At this point i would like to mention that horse-riding will not only affect your riding skills (speed, control) but ANY skills used ON horse-back. (like the drunkenness skill, it will affect other stats).

Dont ignore the Drunk and Luck skills. Luck will act in odd ways throughout the story. A saloon is one of the only recreational places around meaning characters will be here alot.
If Blackadder joins ill add 'easy girls' to the saloons agenda.

Updated Iron's character.
He starts with $50 due to being a mercenary (he gets paid for this...derp)
The pistols he has are these.
Spoiler! :
Image
I subtracted 1 from melee and added it to pistols to fit with the tweaked background. hope this is ok.

STORY STARTS HERE:

This IS just the start, sorry if this wasnt the best, but it will improve!

Would it be possible for me to perhaps make a second character, if that'd get the game going?
