New town WIP. Gogecka

Gogecka is one of the newest towns in tolteca and was created on 10/26/12 it is a jungle themed town that is overgrown and has massive trees! There are two types of houses and plots you can choose from.
House types: tree or ground (ground house dimensions are 12x10 and with a treehouse you can connect it to a friends treehouse)
Plot types: regular or deluxe
Regular:
Price is free
You only build up to 30 blocks high anything higher will be taken down
If you're gone for more than 2 1/2 weeks your house will be taken down unless you have a sign infront of your house stating how long you're gone for
Have to stay with house dimensions or tree dimensions
Deluxe plot:
Costs three diamonds
Can build as high as you want
Can build below your plot (unless you have a treehouse)
If you have a treehouse then you can add trees to make house taller
Have 3 1/2 weeks to notify me if you'll be gone for longer than time given
If you are interested in joining the town, please contact runNgun41, giocorbo, or mestfan44 we will respond imediately and we'll let you join. NOTE: town is still a WIP will be finished by Tuesday, but feel free to ask about joining.
