We now have a restaurant and graveyard. both are situated near the new docks and gilded lighthouse. :)

Apologies Deri.

After closer inspection plots 5 and 3 in the original row of houses are clean for use. we also have 5 lovely sea view plots set on top of the hills next to the new docks.

As well as this we may be creating 3 or so 15*15 plots between the large Town Hall and the original housing street and the new docks. the size of said plots has been mapped out by a square of Lapis in that location (cuboided of course)

And last but not least we now have a Graveyard set between the Embassies (Still plots left there if anyone wants one) and the new docks, As well as a new Restaurant set just off the docks on its own platform.

On other news we had a large scale Testification of the water near the bar. this has been rectified and steps have been taken to prevent it occurring again.

There's also plenty of space if anyone wants to build an actual ship anywhere.

The three new Villa class plots are ready these are larger than the normal Cottage class but will be in far shorter supply.

As of now there are 2 15*15 ones which are also 20 high and 15 deep from the lowest point on their border

and one 16*16 plot with the same height and depth however there is a preexisting underground bar which will reduce your ability to build underground slightly. its not too big but I made the plot larger to compensate for it so it shouldn't vex you too much.

all three of the plots are unsmoothed and have a supply of various trees on them for your useage.

Just to expand this is the new housing system.

"Cottage" class are the smallest plots. 10*10 plentiful, free and sometimes have excellent locations.

"Villa" class are our medium range. 15*15, far rarer than Cottage, Free and unsculpted landscapes with trees.

"Mansion" class are our premium range. after the disastrous trial run you will need to approach me to get one designated. they also cost a small fee of 2 diamonds. however they are 20*20, and can be placed wherever you wish if we have space there.

at the moment we have:

3 Cottage class plots

3 Villa class plots

0 Mansion class plots

After testing with a house design in Creative, would it be possible to get a Villa class plot? It ends up being 15x15, and I can't really shrink it to 10x10.

Any material preferences?

EDIT: Bridge is all but complete, have added a few pieces of glowstone, and constructed the whole thing out of stone bricks

Okay the castle will be like the one in GOT's King's Landing, it is at the pit across the rail
we need:
to clear all the trees
fix the creeper holes
smelt the cobble and make it to bricks
then we can get onto the fun stuff, will add you to the locks so you can have fun smelting :D

Im going to be taking the area between the End Portal and the Town hall to add more stuff for dragonslayers including.

A set of farms for food and alchemy ingredients.

A Nether portal to link to the main ones in my tower.

More Beds.

A small shopping centre for players to use with trading.

Farms Complete (Mostly)

They contain a Wheat farm, Reed Farm, and Mellon farm.

behind these are 2 animal enclosures with Cows and Mooshrooms on one side and Sheep and Pigs on the other

NEVER leave less than 2 of any animal alive or I WILL have words with your internal organs and some Lava.
