Wildwill, that is a very well structured plan, and I like it. Much better than whatever rabble is currently being utilized. I have a feeling 'Shadow' is my calling, despite the fat I know a few leaders present in this group do not trust me, for whatever reason. Perhaps intimidation plays a factor.

Perhaps the fact ive very rarely seen you online, and ive never experienced you in a PvP sense? :L

Problems Recently.

Recently Fang has been recruiting all willy nilly, And it causing problems for me. It started a few arguments. And now i am disorganized on who is and who is not on the team. Also, The E-Team channel needs a password, And better chat colors. The final issue is that the E-team is supposed to stay smaller, And we need TRUSTED members of the community, Not newbies who dont even have vet.

You can't really restrict it because he is recruiting too much. Just make anyone with recruitment abilities post on this thread with a name of who they want to recruit and why they're suitable. Then the leaders can vote on it.

Mike, Iron, you guys just need to discuss this and set up some rules. To take away Iron's recruiting permissions just because he's trying to build the team up is unfair.

Collaboration is the key to any success. We really cant have this infighting now can we. And to be honest, as you are both leaders then you are both equals so try not to boss each other around. If you find a new recruit then tell another leader that's online. If they arnt online then post on here about who you have recruited. That way we can keep tabs on who is in the group and what skills they have. And remember. Whilst you may trust someone another leader may mistrust them so ask other leaders and even members their thoughts on a new recruit

iron il agree with Mike we want only the best guys to be invited not just everyone you fancy. i voted for you to keep your recruiting rights but i need you to be more selective with who you recruit.

hmm... Why dont we make some form of event to make sure those that leaders do choose are adequate. It could be something like kill 10 people or prove your loyalty. All with a leader watching over of course

Got an idea for a quick equipment room. Just walk in then walk out and you will have your stuff. May need to make one-way though to stop people taking advantage.
