Well, it looks like there's another tonne of renovation/upgrading about to occur so I've decided to create a map fo the town with (I believe) the districts shown correctly. I'll be talking to the rest of the founders tomoz to help decide the extent of this operation.

The "middle" section of town between the old and new towns is nearly bricked up. Adding the wood now

Once I can be convinced that all the trouble between Robipod, OneHitNoob, and anyone else he's caused issues with has been resolved, your application to join Corinth will be considered. However, all I've seen so far are argumentative landclaim disputes, petty fights, and other general childishness.

Let me know when all is settled, and I'll talk to the others about adopting Deephaven into the Federation.

I consider Beorn neutral towards Corinth nowadays, but I still consider Tulonville and New Bucks to be sister cities. I'm willing to help out my sister cities, but it'd be nice if you guys could work together and get along. In some ways, that would free up discontent.

I'd recommend, if it hasn't been done already, to lay out borders clearly and completely. A line of wood or stone or fence or whatnot. With signs. Layout borders, discuss among eachother borders, and stick with them.

NB/DH is fine atm. He's got no authority on land, and his border is marked out clearly. It's this 'Derphaven' 'New Clucks' BS that I don't understand.

Rob's antagonising Osiris with the New Clucks page on the wiki, in retaliation to DerpHaven being built. Osiris is pursuing action against Rob for removing blocks from Derphaven (constructed to mock Rob's town), which I think ROb did because Osirisblew up New Clucks (created to mock New Buckinghamshire). That's as far as I know.

Yeah, I think that first and foremost NB is allied with Beorn/Foreorn/Tulonville, then is the alliance with Corinth.

I sense (another) mass overhaul of Corinth soon, so that may change, MrJ.

Rob, regardless of your behavior, the alliance with Corinth is on hold indefinitely for now. I'll write up some kind of PSA to let people know what's happening.

Kap, the problem, as I see it, is: riffraff built dirthaven. I built new clucks. Osiris built Derphaven, out of dirt, on new clucks. I destroyed new clucks, including the Derphaven cube of dirt. Osiris is p*ssrd. And now the saga continuums...

Edit: just saw your post, Osiris. I just want to say that I've been asking you to leave it for a while, you have then continued the ... Discussion... I'm just saying, I accept your offer of truce wholeheartedly. Huzzah! :D

Guys, as much as this needs to be sorted out, can it be done elsewhere? It's pretty depressing when we've got new projects and exciting things to do, only for the image of the town to be marred by your little spat. I mean, there's even a Deephaven thread, which this would seem more relevant on, since New Bucks isn't offended by whatever has gone on. I'd suggest discussing this via pms though,since it has the potential for people to get irritated. Thanks.

Yay, 'The Undertaking' officially begins!
(The Undertaking is the name for a town renovation and improvement project)

Here is the map of New Bucks on the 17th of October 2011.

The Undertaking will do the following:

Improving already standing entities.

Changing the roads to bricks bordered by planks (as in Tulonville and Beorn).
Renovating the route from the second South-Fyra-Main station to St Pirans.
Expanding the Green House to provide food for trusted members of the community.
Completing the town hall - get to it Riff!. :roll:
Renovating houses of certain residents (with their permission).
Renovating border with Circle 9.
Extending the anti-Enderman moat to surround the whole North town wall.
Altering plots, the line between garden and house will be removed so the plot size goes from 8x8 + a 2x8 garden to 8x10

Small constructions/removals

Lighting (fence, fence, Glowstone/torch) will be addedto the whole of New Bucks.
'Dereliction application' and eventual removal of all unfinished/abandoned plots. (Forget James' and Dan's, as stated IRL)
Constructing new plots and roads to them.
Removing the new town park to make room for the expanded roads, a new park will be sited in the Apennine way.

Larger Constructions

Construction of a sky dock. (Sky dock as in similar to the dock at Fyra Spawn). Planning ongoing and liasing between me and Tyrese expected...

Other

Altering of building laws. All constructions may go up to 14 blocks higher than ground level.

This goes - 2nd floor, 1st floor, ground floor, basement.
Leeway may be allowed in terms of having (say) fences on the roof to allow people to stand there safely, but if you want a sloped roof, your house can't go three floors (above ground) then sloped roof.


I will be taking care of Trystin Killer's house and the construction of the new town mine. When a section of the Undertaking is done, PM me and I will inspect it to make sure you're not telling porkies before editing this.

Just saying, a creeper exploded on the CoC roof, and i donated all my coal to newbs and Tyrese for his clay smelting, i have repaired the leak, cobble and sandstone but i cannot fix the glass and smooth fountain, i have botched with cobble for the time being. :S

I'm building a better mob trap, and it will be as aesthetically pleasing as possible, probably disguised as a hill/island. You can all use it should you ever want to. It's well outside of any landclaims. That is all.

I'm saying that if you (e.g.) contribute a stack of coal to helping us smelt stuff we won't reemburse you at the end (as a policy, if you are reembursed it will be on a personal level, not the govt of NB reembursing you), so if you want repayment later, don't donate and complain if you aren't repayed...

Heh, don't forget to include Suachasesdinos's sandstone hut as a part of Circle 9. This also include the sentry gun.

Also, this sky dock, even though construction will take a LONG time, how exactly will this work? (Must construct floating tea boat with Mohawk Indians)

Lastly, the 4th floor is now undergoing construction! Because there is no room on the 2nd and 3rd floor, the 4th floor, I believe, will be able to allow the construction of 2 apartments. MrJKapowey, your apartment will be constructed on the 4th floor. I just need to finish the 4th floor with a skull design. That leaves room for one more person. Also, are your constructing the floor for your apartment yourself, or should I build one for you?

I made the sentry gun.Wool is just a pain in the ass to get because sheep is NOWHERE. Building a level 2 sentry after this.

I've got quite a bit of wool, I think, though a while ago some of my chests were entire into an incinerator by someone, so I'm not sure whether I have any dyes left.

With the New Town, why not just have harbourtown, or something?
