Someone else suggested that.. I just don't figure how we could.

You ride a pig over to the hole or something...?

Oh yeah, I should probably should point out that my absence from the server isn't actually due to procrastination (for once)

My laptops basically dead and can hardly run anything these days. It can run minecraft but at an amazing 3 fps. And thats with optifine :/ Heck, I can't even click, copy or paste links onto steam!

Good news is I'm getting a new pc after my upcoming exams (Wednesday and thursday). Bad news is, I have no idea about PC's so I'm either getting something amazing or that rock just outside your door. No, not that one, the mossy one. I think I got it right, but still :)

TL:DR
I don't wanna procrastinate no more and I be getting a new pc!

Seriously, there's nothing wrong with Windows 8. It's easy to use, looks good and quick. Don't knock it till you've tried it.

I have tried it, my dads got it on his laptop and it just doesn't feel right to me.

I'm saving up for a £1,025.98 pc, with 32GB ram, 2TB of storage, and a blue rim, and I dunno whether to have 7 or 8. They're the same price, but I dunno what the Windows 8 is like, and wouldn't want to get it and regret it. so... yeah...

Your going to need at least a 500 watt power supply. And you should look at AMD Radeon graphics, its cheaper and just as good. I have a 6870, I can run bf3 and far cry 3 just fine.

That's debatable, personally I found my GTX 560 was far more easier to install and setup then AMD cards I have had experience in the past dealing with. Only real downside I've found with nVidia cards is that there's certain processor rendering issues that affect my minecraft performance that I need active for other, higher games, but besides that, meh.

I'm using a GTX 560 right now, it runs Skyrim and Just Cause 2 on full settings no problem. Wasn't terribly expensive either. Look on sites like newegg.com , they usually have good deals.

Since I somehow end up around electronics while others are buying them nowadays(fancy Navy pay and all). I have played with quite a few 8 laptops and computers. You can use it pretty much like a 7, but there's this weird bloatware that makes the start menu a bunch of tiles instead of a desktop. Could be something.

I don't like 8 simply because it is designed to be amazing with a touch screen. If you have a touch screen, it is an amazing os for you. If you don't, 7 is more suited to you imo.

How's it going in Escapia! I miss you all terribly! (yes even you Invun). I have set sail on the great Interwebs toward Escapia, only to be blown away to my prison of annoying squeakers, banning people and comentating with a snobby voice, (people I talk to say I sound like a snobby Brit/Canadian).

Just a random offer.

If anyone wants that house of mine I made in Seascape, you can have it. Don't really care about it any more since I started my project.
