I have PM'd Luke to tell him that he may not make any changes to Saphiri until I see permission from Volstag. If I hear about changes being made without this permission I am not going to be best pleased.

He didn't make "a ton of changes", all he did was clear the sign board and add a few signs.

Lukes just being a goof it's really not something to worry about, if he has actually made any major changes to Saphiri then ill start worrying.

Yeah Dom, please use the edit button and try to post something more than a few words long next time, also it's a good idea to hide pictures in a spoiler tag so they take up far less room :)

That idea was scrapped ages ago, i decided any empire, settlement or No Pants Appreciation group can form their own team, it says so on the OP on the Olympics thread (lets the whole server compete that way too).
The CCD is an organisation that is under the USSR, within the USSR, for the USSR AND you are the only member. If you want to participate in the Olympics sign up for the USSR team, we are always in need of more athletes!

@Vol & Byroe (and Sax?) What are your thoughts on my joint empire city idea in Borjan?

@Our last Co-op adventure ended in disaster so did the one before that and the one before that and the one before that and the one before that....

anyways, could you give me a really quick rundown on this idea? I wouldn't mind building a town that's usually quite fun. I'm willing to give it a shot as long if it isn't too ambitious.

It seems quite the chaos is unravelling in the USSR.

May I suggest the idea that you make me your new overlord, and build a large shrine to me? It could resolve all of these issues quite easily.

IT WILL DOWNHILL. ALL THE DOWNHILL.

Random, I think the signs I posted mean that the eviction was approved. Getting a mod to remove the cuboid will be easy. Start gathering materials to bring down there?

On the other hand, my avatar is a pony. Ponies are known for their socialistic society. This makes me a much better choice as overlord if you were to have an overlord. However, I think that chaos is not unraveling in the USSR and that there is no need for new leadership. In the light of terra's retirement, the USSR has an opportunity to start something new and become one of the leading empires on the servers alongside BR. The USSR's leaders are actively taking part in choosing their future and resolving issues.

Your pony is cardboard. Invalidation of Tanisjihanis' argument has occured.

I object to the idea that my pony is cardboard. He is as much a living and breathing creature as any minecraft player can be. :3

But this is not a discussion for the USSR topic at any rate.

Renovating Saphiri sounds like a great idea. You could take pictures of it over time or something to show the city as it gets cleaned up.

On a serious note, it'd be really interesting if a rebellion occured from Sir_Luke's recent attempt to overthrow Saphiri. It'd be quite fun watching everyone either align with Sir Luke's Loyal Regiment (or whatever SLLR stands for) vs the current government supporters of the USSR. And they would do all their battles in PvP. THAT, would definitely be movie-worthy.

A civil war would be interesting (god knows its been a while since we've had a good intercity fight), but it also might be good to wait on something like that... My Tanis senses tell me there will be a good opportunity for it in the future.

Uhh 1 thinga though, can we wait until after the Olympics? (and i need peoples help on that too)

@Tanis, the signs steveab have put down mean the request for the claim went through, we need to wait 2 weeks after the 20th for the claim to actually be ours.
