How large is a city cuboid?? VS personal Cuboid?

City cuboids are the size of your city, however big it happens to be. You can't just cuboid empty land and call it a city, though. It has to have buildings and people living there (minimum 3).

Yes. All personal and city cuboids are applicable in the Nether as well.
