I am official health inspector, and I decree this place to be unhealthy.

Why?
1) The tree is incomplete
2) There are wild snowmen running all over the place
3) The gift area is cuboided
4) There is exposed redstone magic fuckery all over the place
5) The lodge-house is run down and in desperate need of renovation, also very unsanitary

I give your tree a solid 3/10 and am now sending health inspectors to close the place down. Merry Christmadan.
