New Director of Creative and Rules Summary

I'd like to announce that Flux and Milo have resigned their duties as Director and Assistant Director of Creative. They've done an amazing job and deserve their time off.

As of yesterday, I am now Director of Creative.

I've taken the existing rules and put them into a rules summary in the Creative subforum. If you use the Creative World, please take a moment to review the rules.
