Thank you so much guys, it's been a great pleasure serving such a heart warming community. Our server may not be the best PVP server ( yet ) or the most creative server ( yet ) or the oldest most player filled server in the world ( yet ) but It’s safe to say that this server has the best community of players by far and it’s proven by little details such as wishing our players a good B-day !

Now it’s time for some heart warming soul soup of my history with Escapecraft.

I started Escapecraft when there was only one world and the spawn dint even have a boat, well, it had one … everywhere… in pieces. Not as good as it was after we started opening up the other worlds. Anyways, I had 3 friends who came out of the closet and invited me to minecraft once they found out I had a copy of it ( go figure ). When I first logged into Escapecraft I spawned in the middle of NOWHERE, I knew nothing about the history if the server and so it was a rather confusing spawn ( Then again, I’ve never played any other server before that time so I dint know what spawns should look like soooo I let it slip )

My friend joined in shortly after my wife and, since he was the more experienced player, we trusted he would escort me and my wife safely to the “Epic Private Fort” which was about LITERALLY a 30 minute walk from the spawn point ( but again, I was with my friend so I felt safe… putting emphasis on the word “FELT” )

35 minutes into the walk we realize we got lost. It was a hilarious sight, my friend was holding a compass and dint know how to read it properly (I guess he thought the red point would automatically lead him to the fort)

Of course, it’s night time and we had build a dirt-house (shame on me!). After sunshine cut through the horizon we continued our journey, It was a glorious hour before we found it. What joy! I could finally build! Being the Elf that I am I took care of our farms and trees. Unfortunately for them I went overboard and created such a thick forest that even the trees were begging for mercy. But we had fun <3 So much fun <3

My first real project was a giant tree ( a giant tree ) and it was my obsession <3

I met so many awesome mods, what glorious sights. The love of my life being Blackadder, such a charmer, then along came Lathania and Haxx with quite an intro. Me and my wife were impressed. I loved everything about Escapecraft since I joined

Above all I loved the community stands out, starting with the Staff who have made my experience in escapecraft a joy and ending with the players themselves who were always amusing, enthusiastic and always up for a good chatter <3

So I must say, thank you all. Thank you so much.
