They realize they are playing a game which is essentially lego, and that they have not really progressed in almost a quarter of a century of life?

You could do a lot worse.

I've only wasted about a fifth of a century. That still leaves me with hopefully another 50+ years in which to do something meaningful with my life (,or to find a way to get my many fictional accomplishments recognised and enshrined in the history books).

Besides, both lego and Minecraft are fun. It's not wasted time if you're having fun.

Noobs, I've just about wasted about three quarters of a year.

I don't think I'm wasting it since I'm helping further/make better the expirience of the players within the game.

It's not often when you start something as a hobby, on the fluke reason your brother's router wouldn't play nice, and eventually enable thousands of people on an international level and from every continent (except Antarctica of course) come together to enjoy something they love.

I mean, it would just be nice to not be burnt out from work each day to begin my second job on here.

This would be an awesome team to work for. It's not often you get to work among friends.
