I'll try to be there to act as moderator. There are ways of setting up a channel so that high-ranked users (ie. the mod team) get priority when speaking.

Also, if anyone knows of a good program I can use to convert wav files to mp3 format, now would be the time to tell me.

What was the specific action that got Haxx banned, and what actions did he engage in previously to warrant such a final decision this time? And if you know, why was he banned rather than demoted to a regular player?

I heard Haxx's opinion of why he started work on it without permission and would like to know whether it is true that "every time i suggested something it was ignored so i just stopped suggesting and did it".

I think itunes can do that. However i can be wrong.
