Precursor to Escapia

It's old but gold. If it could help you out we've probably chucked it in here.

Precursor to Escapia

Post by Lord_Mountbatten » 16 Feb 2011, 21:08

Yeah, get bored enough and you find stuff.

I thought it'd be interesting if I posted a link to an Escapist thread that basically shows the precursor to Escapia. For all those that didn't know, there was a Minecraft classic server for the Escapist, and this was run by a fella named Terkaal (he seems to have just dropped off the grid though). This pre-dates Sneaky and Collin by the way.

You might even recognise some of the names there.

Here it is!

Wow, I haven't visited The Escapist in ages...

All my interest sort of transferred over to these forums.

He's ancient and forever.
He burns at the centre of time and he can see the turn of the universe.
And... he's wonderful."

I like that the bottom of the last page is filled with people asking i the server is up.. glad to see those traits have passed on to the rest of us.

Yeah pretty interesting.

The usergroup that we pretty much took over was the original group for that server. When I posted the server IP for my server in there I didn't know that the usergroup was next to inactive. It's amazing anyone saw it at all.
