Abandoned Claims

On my roams across the wilds of TNA, I've begun to notice an ever increasing number of abandoned claims. Many of them soon fall into disrepair as players of low morals tear off their once beautiful, or at least vaguely expensive, edifices. In order to slow the decay of potentially nice builds, or hasten that of those that should never have seen the light of day, I propose that this thread be dedicated to cataloguing the builds with the aim of either restoring or clearing the builds, for use or complete rejuvenation.

I have plans to create an Anti-Looting Upon Claim Expiration Society.

Following on from this, CREEPA plan to expand the basement in our Willowriver HQ, to accommodate enough space for vaults to store the possessions of the deceased/people who's claims have expired; in order that CREEPA can become rich to prevent looters, so that in the event of a player's return they won't be absolutely skint.

Players who's posessions will be stored, using this scheme (so far) are listed here:

Please reply back here, if somebodys claim has expired.

I also am in favour of the cataloguing the builds or removing them altogether.

I have come along some abandoned placed now and again, I will try and mark them and maybe post them here :)

Umm....

If you find a claim that has been abandoned, any players are welcome to take them over or to remove the stuff. That's how our new rules work.

My own expensively built house (and vault) got claimed by someone else when I accidentally let the claim disappear.

If players think that an abandoned claim is ugly, you're welcome to "clean it up" yourselves.

We're not going against those rules, tulon, it's just that despite those rules many houses are left in a state of disrepair rather than taken over or removed. This is just an attempt to keep it a bit tidier

I am cleaning up all the ugly abandoned houses with whalian might. And explosives. Mostly both.

AH Then am I hearing correctly, the era of scaving, at long last I shall wader the wastelands searching out lost technologies while fending off mobs.
Ill try to pretty things up when I go out for walks. :)
