One home: needs a loving owner

Hey everybody, D4nny here.

While I was active on the server I built up a large home, including a nice XP grinder and some farms. It has three stories and a fourth floor as a greenhouse (a large glass dome).
The underground area is much larger, with most of the house underneath. Most of what you need in a house is included.
I am inactive so need to find an owner of the house that can do the following:

Live in the house and use it, not just own it but live separately.
Seal up my storage room: that holds some nice stuff that I can't give away yet.
Feel free to make additions to the house, new rooms ect.

Application:

- How long have you played the server?
- How would you use the home?
- Would you be alright with sharing the home if I deemed it necessary?
- Why do you feel you should inherit my home?

I have played on Escapecraft for nearly a year.
I would use the home as a real home as any other person would. Like fixing landscape so on.
Yes I would be ok if another person lived in it with me.
I feel as I should inherit it because it is a relic and it is a very awesome house for what I've seen of it.
So if you decide to let me inherit it thank you! :D

I would also like to add if you ever come back i would glad hand it over back to you.
I also have a play time of 5 weeks 5 days 21 hours if you are afraid i will neglect it.

Where is this house located?

It's just near the rail stop between the W-NW Borjan rail hubs, easily identifiable by the shit ton of netherrack everywhere. From there, you just head West, and his house is located just by that area. If you've ever been to Fort Tusk, take the route to there as a start.

I'd also be willing to watch over as a temporary caretaker of this house, considering I have quite a bit of past history with it, as well as the fact my main base of operations is located fairly close by.

- How long have you played the server?
JUST under a year (seriously, wait a week)
- How would you use the home?
No idea, other than the idea of trying to paint into a canvas that's already been filled sounds kinda awesome.
- Would you be alright with sharing the home if I deemed it necessary?
Totes, Art's art and I love collaborative pieces.
- Why do you feel you should inherit my home?
I can't promise I would "live" there, most of my supplies would stay at my main base just because there's so damn much of them it's just not worth moving them; but I've seen your builds and I've seen Domb's builds and I like the style, I'd love to be a part of building more into it, adding on while still keeping true to the current layout and overall look/tone.
