I'm just going to say that i think Nether rails are kind of a bad idea IMO. It will be hell trying to deal with the Ghasts and other stuff.

You could always name it Aracypriothelios Pax which should translate to protecting the peace of the sun's peace.

As a serious suggestion, i think Mill City is fine. But i'd go with Pax. The others are either overused or impossible to pronounce.
