I'm gonna keep this short and sweet. At the start yes, they were having bad problems. Server messups, characters getting deleted, etc. But (at least for me), this has all been fixed now. You get the occasional server hiccup but that's about it anymore. Tired of getting shot by people? Turn on passiv...
