Re: A Second Attempt (Poll)
A wild preview of things to come appears! Map.png Here is a map of the world* you'll be exploring. The largest font (30) indicates geographical features (bodies of water and the names of continents), and the smallest font (14) indicates the locations of towns. The next largest font (18) shows capita...

Re: A Second Attempt (Poll)
It's easier to regulate a Medieval Fantasy when it comes to powerplaying, in my opinion at least. People come into a Sci-Fi thread expecting to be some Neil Armstrong with fucking miniguns for eyes and a supersuit the size of the sun; the same is true for a Medieval setting, I think, but it's easier...

Re: A Second Attempt (Poll)
So am I. And I don't even know why I included Futuristic/Sci-Fi; they're not really my type of RPG and they lend themselves far too much to powerplaying. I'll gladly settle for whatever you guys choose though.

Re: A Second Attempt (Poll)
Less than two hours until the poll ends. If you want to change your vote or you still need to vote, do it now! I cannot decide if I want to run another poll between the top three choices (currently Post-apocalyptic, Futuristic/Sci-Fi, and Medieval/Medieval Fantasy) or if I should start to work on th...

A Second Attempt (Poll)
Well, the last RPG I attempted didn't garner the attention I had expected (probably because, in the words of the very wise Haxxorzd00d, "I could just play Red Dead Redemption instead"), and although I would have really liked to carry out its plot, I suppose it'll have to wait for another day. I'll l...

Re: Windows 8. What's your opinion?
It sucks. I had the unfortunate experience of installing the Consumer Preview (not on this computer - but it did really detract from my gaming computer's performance), and the only way to revert is to wipe my drive or reformat. So, until I have the time and money to go buy an external HDD, I'm stuck...

Don't bend what I said as a means to an end. Stupidity can be implied by the way an argument is presented. It does not mean that the presenter of the argument is, in fact, inherently stupid.aflycon wrote:the blind ignorance and relative stupidity implied by how an argument is presented really puts me off.

I know this eas from the first page but I'd like to point out in the Bible it states that Jesus breathed out stars. You see there is a star that if the earth was a golfball it could fill the Super Dome 3,000 times. 3000! God is NOT too small. He is INCREDIBLY big! So big to BREATHE OUT a star that ...

[Stalke - Ortega's speech was made a full 24 hours before your post takes place. In fact, it seems Jeeves wasn't even taken until the night of the 16th, the day Ortega returned. If you can out the part about the speech, it will make sense. I'll have Ortega send his men out on rounds that night, and ...

May 16th, 1887 Approx. 10:00am Reyes' Prison More than twenty minutes had passed by the time Ortega was finished rallying his men. [Yeah, you make your own posts. I need you to make your application less of a joke - give him a real name, and change the history so it's, y'know, believable. The Federal Bureau of Investigation wasn't formed until 1908, and the Colt 1911 (what the "high-powered pistol" was based on) wasn't invented...
