There was a tunnel that went from the north fyra 1st rail station to the west fyra 1st rail (harbortown) and then to south rail 1st stop (beorn). I guess what I'm getting at is, what about the idea of having a certain area, kind of like creative or skyworld or pvp, that has slightly different rules, like a "realism" world where you're not supposed to build floating structures or stuff out in the water. Do you have to do anything special to register / lets the mods know about a town, or does it just count as a town if you build it that way?
